Great people and work environment. Every day is a little different. There’s lots to learn and if you’re passionate about plants there are plenty of excited people to teach you and friendships to build.

Work can be tough during the peak of summer and winter. Rain and hot days can mean you miss out on work and your pay takes a hit because of it. Just part of the job. Bush regen does get a reputation for being a revolving door as career progression and pay is low, but it’s extremely enjoyable and welcoming.

Like minded people who are genuine, if not a little kooky in the best way possible

It is a physically demanding job, so don't expect to come home clean
