It paid the bills ..but not worth it for the drama that comes with it

I worked here for 3 long , long years and was put in multiple uncomfortable situations and hostile arguments, favoritism and discrimination (I can't even repeat the things I've heard people say in the studio) between staff in the studio. Mostly everyone in the studio has worked together at a previous company prior to coming to TOP LINE, and they all took their animosity towards each other with them, and it still lingers in the studio to this day. Aside from being able to style pretty furniture, there is no freedom for creativity here. Do not expect a raise or any opportunity for growth. I am a very kind person who typically likes to stray away from confrontation, but this job truly started turning me into someone I didn't like. No job is worth your integrity.
