      Great culture. Management cares for and appreciates the workers. Hard work is usually recognized and rewarded.

      Benefits can improve. Long hours but we all want to see this company continue to succeed so we deal with it.

      Safety and training materials easily available, HR at corporate office are super helpful

      District Management slashed several jobs in one day, upper management is not trustworthy. Treated as a number and not a human being.
