This "employee" is very royal and long-live, indeed, cuz he/she has been "fantastically" work with TTJ for more than 10 years(as a full-time employee).
Unfortunately, our company is still young, we are just going to celebrate our 2-years anniversary party. (data can be found in the official website and every official profile of TopTutorJob).
However, this review does give job seeker a good warming about avoid "separated contract": Agent pays candidate, schools pays to agent. In TTJ, we never go further than recruiting itself, we are very busy at making match of great candidate with great schools, we will not waste our productivity to deal with these "scum" job.
Anyway, TTJ takes this review as a good signal of how we earn our "word of mouth" from the market, which obviously from a non-Chinese competition group.
