This was a great place to work for the first three years, after that we got a new store manager who didn't follow procedures and didn't train new staff on safety properly. This resulted in the store being robbed at gunpoint twice. Head office doesn't value the sales staff's opinions. That's just the way things are to a point in retail, but these people are running your stores and represent the company to customers, so it's a good idea to be more respectful. I get that you have an MBA but many people working in the retail stores also have Masters degrees and didn't have mom and dad to pay for them.
