It's not what you know, its who you know in this company. They promoted a guy from the warehouse to be the Marketing System Specialist. The Marketing Manager have never had any other job in their life. No Experience and No Marketing degree. This Place is a joke. Be careful there, too much politics. Too many old ladies.
