Excellent opportunities for travel. Great co-workers who train you well.

Unless you're caucasian, there really is no opportunity for advancement. Did not see one single minority represented among Trip Leaders. Co-workers were more welcoming than managers. They claim they hire a diverse staff. What you actually see remains to be questioned.

You spend months of unpaid preparation for one or two jobs. During training you are constantly under pressure and busy and around other people. You are not given trips based on merit and are forced to Shadow along with other tours. Drivers are given half of your commissions even though they don't contribute and are often difficult to work with A nightmare
