Beautiful resort and friendly work environment

Slow season is too long

Employes at Topnotch are highly detail oriented in their work while also compassionate. Employes are enthusiastic to assist other employees as well as creating a relaxing space for clients and fellow coworkers. The employees are what make Topnotch Spa and Resort amazing and will hopefully be shown that appreciation at some point.

Scheduling is not flexible as it used to be therefore pushing for longer hours and creating a difficult work life balance. Areas of the resort is becoming more of a corporate ran business rather than a Vermont and employee/client ran business which is rather unfortunate given the ties to the surrounding community. From what I have heard from multiple people that have invested much time and money into topnotch is that the business used to be more community and employee based and it is sad how they have steered away from that view.
