Pros
Working for tips - depending on your location, this can be super lucrative. In general the people are great, and the dynamic between employees is really valued at our location. Flexible scheduling, as well - most employees are students.
Cons
Iffy management at my store, but nothing too bad. Some controlling behavior left unchecked. If you want to make better tips as a driver, you have to work the harder hours (late shift, done at 4AM). No matter how hard you work as an insider, you don't make as much as the drivers, which is probably frustrating.
