5yWe are disappointed to hear about your experience as a fellow employee-owner at Torch. As an employee-owned company we care deeply about protecting the privacy and personal information of our fellow owners. This is why the company trains managers annually regarding Title VII protections and regarding corporate policies for handling sensitive information. Our training includes guidance for maintaining high standards for protecting personal information. When our employee-owners see a problem, we encourage and expect them to report concerns such as this through our corporate ethics hotline or our open-door policy. Employee-owners have access to any level of management, even with our CEO, to fix problems and continually improve our company. We wish you would have reported this concern prior to your departure. Your insight could have been extremely helpful. Nonetheless, we sincerely appreciate the feedback and conducted a review to verify that our employee information is properly secured.
