Interesting and varied work with good opportunities if you are in the right place at the right time.... Was good pay and benefits until the last CEO change all but wiped them out. Great team spirit with everyone happy to help each other out, for newbies and oldies alike. Many people have been here 15yrs plus which says a lot.

Lack of vision and foresight by management team. Business strategy is there at the headline level but lacking in the detail to execute. Knee jerk reactions to 'the next big thing' with little or no planning. Experienced employees views not taken on board.
