Pros
1) Very good HR team will help employees in there personal matters. Without any hesitation they will enter in personal stuffs. 2) Employees have "provision" to watch "adult content" in Office laptops. And if you caught then they will get onsite easily. 3) Employees can come at anytime and leave at anytime. No one will care about that. Also anyone can get work from home for unnessecery reasons. 4)If you know any manager or family member of manager then getting job is easy. Good options for management level employees.
Cons
1) One who is not eligible to work and not eligible for onsite are getting opportunities. HR not worried about this and they want personal matters. Also such kind hearted supporting managers and delivery managers. 2) Without any proof HR can interfere in employee personal matters and blame an employee because of their power. Better to change the profession as lawyers. 3) If you are close to managers then they will start screwing your career by showcasing opportunities. By this they will get there work done. 4) Worst HR policies. Employees will get to know only when they are leaving company. They will treat like thing because of their power. 5) If any problems with employee then there will be HR exit interview. If there is problem with HR team then no exit interview. 6) Some people in HR team are just working for their salary not for company. Also some people are spoiling the value of their position. 7) Never feel like working in MNC. Just we can say Govt hospital. No pantry,No cafeteria, no proper parking and nothing. No timings restrictions.
