Pros

I do not have anything positive to say about this company. The only thing I can think of is that they do allow remote work, which is their only perk.

Cons

The exec team lacks genuine management skills and zero qualifications. Idk why the board would have picked such an underqualified exec team to lead this business. They’re either not around or micromanaging everything when they do bother to show up weeks later. They tell people to come to the office but don’t even show up themselves. When they’re here, they change their minds constantly and don’t even know how their own company works. They set IMPOSSIBLE goals to the board. Then they turnaround constantly threaten employees that benefits will be removed unless their impossible goals are met. Even though these people are literally never in the office and don’t have a clue how day to day works. Come end of year they’re upset when their obviously impossible goals did not get met. They dangled bonuses to keep people from quitting without any transparency as to whether we’ll even get the bonus. Only to turn around at the end of the year and let us know we won’t get any bonuses since we couldn’t meet the impossible goals set by the exec team. We legit directly asked them all November/December if we’d get bonuses and they we’re shady about it only to tell us right before Christmas that no one is getting bonuses. Promises of "unlimited PTO" and promotions are all FAKE to get you to take the job. Promotions are nonexistent unless you’re in the "inner circle" (e.g., Bankrate). Everything they sell to future employees is a lie. The management style is essentially to instill fear in lack of job security, fostering a toxic and cliquey environment The company’s ethics are also sketchy. Past execs have had legal trouble for lying to investors, and even the lawyer has been accused of fraud before. I could go on about the sketchy things that go on. HR is useless because no one feels safe reporting anything. The execs don’t bring in new business or clients, but they keep pushing everyone to do more without fixing the actual problems. Nobody here feels valued or secure. It’s a company ruled by favoritism, with completely incompetent/undereducated people in leadership roles. Remaining employees, myself included, are just counting down the days until they can leave. ZERO opportunity for growth here. Working at Torticity is just about surviving until you can find something better. ***Note, it is my belief that the company is requesting that bad reviews get taken down because I previously posted a review and it was initially approved then removed a few days later.

Pros

Torticity offers strong opportunity for upward mobility, career growth, and involvement beyond your immediate role. Employees are encouraged to take initiative, make a meaningful impact, and continuously expand their skillset as the company grows. I have personally experienced that upward mobility through multiple promotions and meaningful financial growth, which speaks to the fact that hard work is recognized and rewarded here.

Cons

Because Torticity is a growing company, employees are often asked to wear multiple hats and step into responsibilities outside of their immediate role, which may not be for everyone.

Pros

As Chief People Officer, I have spent the past year and a half listening closely to the sentiments shared at the workplace and here. These perspectives matter to us. Given my role, I am not here to validate or invalidate anyone’s individual experience. Every voice reflects a personal journey, and we respect that. What we will say is this: if you worked with us or partnered with us and, at any point, we did not meet the standard you expected, that is something we took seriously and have worked hard to learn from. Torticity today is not the same company it once was. We have learned, evolved, and grown from our past. Those lessons have shaped a stronger organization, one built with greater intention, deeper accountability, and a renewed commitment to trust, integrity, honesty, and customer obsession. We are proud of the company we are building: more disciplined, more thoughtful, and more aligned in how we show up for both our employees and our clients. We welcome anyone to take another look at Torticity today and discover who we have become and where we are headed.

Cons

I cant think of any :)
