Management turns a blind eye to issues, demotivates employees by catering to specific employees (not the ones that produce the most either), and does not enforce rules in a consistent manner. HR will back them up, even when written policy has been directly circumvented. It is unfortunate, because it was a nice job at first. Advancement is always promised up front, but will never materialize.
