Pros
Flexible schedule. Mission to support elders.
Cons
I wish I had paid attention to the negative management reviews before joining Total Life. The company has questionable hiring practices and a business model. Within three months, seven members of management left, and additional members were later let go due to poor business performance. There are not enough Provider Success or Care Coordinators to keep the company running, leaving remaining upper management extremely overworked and slow to respond—sometimes taking days to provide guidance. The CEO exhibits narcissistic traits, frequently talks down to employees, and sets highly unrealistic expectations. Employees were told that some weeks would be 40 hours and others 60, without compensation for extra time. Promised bonuses and retreats were never delivered. The company is hemorrhaging employees, which greatly affects providers and patient care—I personally witnessed numerous cases where providers were not paid correctly and struggled to get assistance. Additionally, there aren’t enough patients to fill provider schedules, making it difficult to earn a reliable income.
