There's very little bureaucracy and projects can get green-lighted quickly. Job responsibilities are quite varied, and there is a lot to learn. Its got a lot of well-rounded and smart employees and everyone gets along. The company also offers monthly happy hours, bagel Fridays, lunchtime BBQs, and off-site events.

Being a smaller company can have its drawbacks, especially on the infrastructure side. Process documentation can be improved. IT issues can take a bit of time to get resolved.
