Pros

They teach you everything you need to know about recruiting, no experience required from the beginning Team Leads are always there for you and very supportive Universal recruiters are awesome to work with, always offering support. It’s truly a team. They celebrate your small success and milestones in very cute ways. Love the colleagues here! Managers try to come up with ideas for team engagement which can be fun It’s a small company, you’ll see the CEO watering the plants and cleaning up the storage room, the admin fixing your computer, and managers serving cake to everyone during birthday celebrations.

Cons

Recruiting is hard, the job is demanding so if you’re looking for an easy job and work life balance, this is not it. Client requests and expectations are high and sometimes hard to meet. They try to teach you a lot and it can be overloaded at times, especially when volume is high.

Pros

Little pay, long workdays, and a massive workload. TQC’s tagline, “Engage, Hire, Save,” should honestly be replaced with “Burn, Churn, Replace.” As other reviews have mentioned, this is a decent place to start if you’re a recent college grad looking to gain experience. TQC brings in smart, ambitious young professionals, trains them quickly, and then piles on an overwhelming workload. The turnover rate averages about 1 to 1.5 years: most employees leave as soon as they’ve gained enough experience to move on to something better. If you’re a recruiter feeling overworked or undervalued, remember: TQC needs you far more than you need them. Don’t let management convince you otherwise. They often make employees feel like they’re not doing enough, even when they’re clearly carrying the weight of the team. Management, if you’re reading this, take notes. Your “universal recruiters” are overworked and burned out. Rather than addressing the problem, you allow talented people to exhaust themselves until they have no choice but to quit. There’s no effort to break this cycle. As soon as someone leaves, the company immediately turns to Indeed to find the next replacement. It’s a major red flag when “senior leadership” consists of people who’ve only been with the company for four years or less. Having worked here, it’s clear that TQC does not value its employees. Team leads tend to be understanding and communicative, but the higher management team—the ones actually running the place—show very little care or accountability.

Cons

See above. This place is a huge red flag.

Hi “Urmom”, We appreciate all feedback, but we encourage reviewers to use professional and respectful titles. Recruiting can be demanding, and we’re continually evaluating workloads, compensation, and development programs to better support the team. However, we won’t be the right fit for everyone. At TQC Team, we take pride in providing opportunities for growth. Many of our leaders advance into management roles within a few years, reflecting a merit-based, diverse, and inclusive culture. Leadership is earned through performance, not tenure. We value everyone on the team and strive to provide an encouraging and stable environment where professionals can start their careers, gain valuable experience, and succeed in and beyond TQC Team. We are proud of everyone here on the team and see that as a strong positive foundation to keep improving. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors. Later edit: Thank you for taking our suggestion into consideration and choosing a more respectful title for your review than "Urmom" originally. We really appreciate it!
