      Pros

      I felt that my work was valued and my managers listened to my suggestions. There always was someone qualified to answer my questions.

      Cons

      The job was sometimes stressful as you had to always deliver results, but that was motivating. I didn't really feel cons working here.

      American managers do their best to create a good culture.

      Cons

      You have to be French to succeed or move up. And you aren't highly regarded if you don't speak French.
