Some cool perks like catered lunch and outings Not a lot of "rules" or restrictions placed. They try to make employees feel comfortable.
Cons
Really poor management across the board. Inexperienced VP (including senior leadership) are given far too much responsibility without training, coaching, or mentoring. They simply have no clue how to manage people - or even the work itself. As a result dumb decisions are made, opportunities lost, and teams suffer. Little professional development is given and it doesn't matter if you have a great reviews (be thankful you even get a review). Many people are left languishing wondering if they will have a job tomorrow. - Company is still very much in an unstable growth process which means they are unpredictable and constantly in a trial and error phase.
