Pros

Best in class product that solves a real problem for the construction industry. It really can make a difference on projects falling behind schedule if teams are bought into the process. It also looks like after some trial and error the company is finding their go to market footing.

Cons

MOCA. The product also has its challenges in an increasingly consolidated market. There are little to no integrations with the dominant players in the space and it’s a very small, niche market.

Great benefits, health vision dental 401k match and more.

Cons

Quantity over quality methods for sales. Training is close to nonexistent. You just get thrown new things time and time again and get told to adjust. Employee turn around time is almost like a revolving door. I noticed the severe lack of POC on the sales team while I was there. There was one black guy at the time.
