      Pros

      Training given, exposure to teach, job according to capability.

      Cons

      Salary can be less if not negotiated properly. Very strict schedule as they calculate minutes according to timetable and check a notebook in specific minutes. Lot of observations while doing work and criticism in the form of feedback but repetitive.
