Our intent is never to overwhelm employees or provide false information regarding roles or schedules, so we are sorry that you felt this was the case. Communication is very important to our organization and we value building strong, supportive teams in healthy environments. We have launched Leadership Development training at all of our sites, surveying employees regularly to obtain feedback on their experience.
