Problems with RN retention & safe staffing - Registered Nurse Tower Health Employee Review

Staffing is a constant issue, difficulty with RN recruitment & retention due to unsafe staffing patterns, less than supportive administration & an attendance policy that treats professionals like they are children. If they trust us to provide life saving treatment to our patients, why are we penalized with demerits when we use our rightfully earned time for a sick day? Very disappointed their PR rhetoric does not match the reality of working for Tower.
