Wonderful experience - Director Tower Imaging Employee Review

Tower has always been a very friendly and professional organization to work for. All of the teams from executive leadership to management level really care for and try to invest into their employees. Benefits are fair, vacation policy is standard and generous for long term employees.

Tower is constantly trying to improve, there are frequent tweaks and changes to continually improve the workflow and patient experience.

There are some good people that work there. Unfortunately, everyone is so concerned about not being fired, even the best of people show their worst side under such pressure.

I relocated my family from another state to work for Tower / Orion Health and they terminated me in exactly six weeks. Not because I did anything wrong, no, they even said I was leaving on "good terms" and eligible for rehire (someday). This for profit corporation is all about patient turn around, not about patient care. Not moving the patients through fast enough (according to them)? Terminated.
