One can get variety of projects exposure and different responsibilities are provided. Good for beginning phase of career.
Cons
In Piping department No time schedule, out time is always extended, Saturdays also need to work. Sometimes Piping engineers come on Sundays also. No family life. Almost all projects lead engineers work till late night. And on top of this management don't want to improve the situation. No experienced person wants to join here if he/ she has another offer. Even Females has to work till late (till 9 pm I've seen). Many employees are leaving and no one wants to join, even walk-ins are also seems failed specifically for Piping department. Wednesday is a family day for namesake only. Piping employees are working like slaves.
