Pros
- High-impact work
- Unmatched talent density — Traba is full of top performers who are genuinely some of the smartest, hardest-working people you’ll ever meet
Cons
- The hours are ridiculous (9am–9pm in the office daily) and expectations are high. It’s nearly impossible to maintain a life outside of work, especially if you want to succeed here
- Leadership cares way too much about the number of hours you're clocking in the office — it’s bizarre & unproductive
- Turnover is insanely high, and they make zero effort to retain top talent, even when the cost of hiring and training replacements should justify it — the product + business model are unnecessarily complicated & require a good amount of time to learn. Yet the company doesn’t invest enough in properly ramping up new hires to set them up for success. As a result, employees are often let go prematurely (also, arbitrarily) before they’ve had a fair chance to ramp up & prove themselves.
- They also have no problem letting people go who've pretty much poured their entire lives to this company — people who’ve dedicated 60+ hours of their time & energy to this failing business week over week
- Overall, the level of sacrifice required to work here is not normal & it’s hard to justify considering how low the pay is
