This is present in business operations, product, and people management *Those who stay in line and nod along with every decision leadership makes are rewarded. Anyone who voices a different opinion or gives feedback is structured out of the organization. Say they are all for feedback but can't take it. *Most of the positive reviews are from the same day(s), draw your own conclusions. *Disrespect the app workers and then say their mission is to empower them? *Every value they supposedly stand for... it's the complete opposite.
