Pros

I worked at a site that was far removed from leadership. As such, there was little involvement in my day to day, which also meant very little oversight from management. Best perks were the flexible PTO. Salary was solid for the work required.

Cons

There was no consistent cost of living raise, nor any form of bonus or incentive pay structure to encourage loyalty to the company. Because of the very hands off approach from management, one of my fellow employees abused the flexible time off system horribly, but she was never in danger of losing her job because management refused to address it even when it was brought up several times.

No one hesitates to step in and help when needed — even outside their immediate responsibilities — which creates a culture of shared ownership and mutual respect. On top of all that, the culture is genuinely fun and energizing. People are smart, driven, and kind, and the environment makes it easy to enjoy the work you’re doing alongside teammates you actually like working with. Trace3 strikes a rare balance between meaningful work, strong support, and a positive, engaging culture.
