Cons
absolutely no real sales training. too autonomous to achieve real goals. Sales managers don't know left from right when it comes to leading teams other than breaking down your metrics and spoon feeding you what to say. You will run a full sales desk and if you don't know when to prospect, follow up, handle customer success, run demos, give intro calls all while juggling a social life you'll fail.
