This company likes to provide great lunch and drinks, snacks. All upper management are first name basis, and value your input. They had Flexible work hours, and awesome benefits for the employee.
Cons
No matter how you leave (fired, laid off or quit), you leave behind your stock When you leave, you do not get money for leftover PTO Very hard to get raises and promotions.
