Pros
Learned to adapt in a chaotic environment; friendly peers among the ground-level staff.
Cons
Lack of Role Clarity & PIP Mismanagement: I joined the company with high expectations, but spent the first month entirely idle despite repeatedly asking my manager for work. No formal KRAs or KPIs were ever provided by HR. After five months of vague direction, I was abruptly put on a 15-day PIP with highly aggressive, unrealistic targets, which felt like a forced exit strategy rather than a genuine performance review.
Unprofessional Leadership Behavior: The workspace culture is highly toxic, starting from the very top. The CEO routinely smokes inside the men's office restroom. Furthermore, the Sales Head (West) frequently uses the women’s restroom when the men's room is occupied, which is completely inappropriate and invasive for female employees. The CEO also occasionally makes unprofessional and inappropriate comments toward female staff, and despite multiple escalations, HR completely fails to take action.
Severe Infrastructure Failures: The office lacks basic operational maintenance. On multiple occasions, the company forgot to pay utility bills, leaving employees sitting idle in the dark for a whole day without electricity, and another time without internet, without being permitted to work from home. The AC units are rarely serviced and frequently broken.
Unhygienic Conditions: Most recently, the office completely ran out of water in the washrooms, forcing employees—and specifically female staff—to wait until 4:30 PM just for running water to become available. This is a massive hygiene and health hazard.
