Pros
I genuinely enjoy pretty much everyone at this company, everyone is so talented and really awesome to work with. I have formed life-long friendships and lasting connections with some of the people I've had the pleasure of working with over my career. I've also had the opportunity to work on some pretty amazing work and clients over the years.
Cons
The sad thing is that this agency is a lot of talk and no game. They say they care about their employees but their actions do not show it. It's a lot of weird office politics and egos with no bonuses, few salary bumps or work-life balance. People get burnt out easily here because they are not rewarded for their talent or hard hours spent. Your growth is directly correlated to client budget and what team you're on, not internal agency funds. They're moving towards a stricter RTO policy which adds a layer of distaste and creates an overall low morale.
