Pros
There were some pros such as good people and smart engineers but after the cash flow problems in 1st Q of 2022, and then 70 percent redundancies and then many resignations, the company is not as good as it used to be. Nothing is clear for the future of the company.
Cons
New CTO does not believe in the existing people and prefers to hire new people. There is no teams, no structure, and no road map. People keep resigning and no one really care.
