      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Working environment is okay. People are nice and try to help one another to solve problems. It is a pay check

      Cons

      Ideas must come from managers to be accepted. There is a lot of lip service to team work and family, but the teams are drones and the family is only slightly above disfunctional. My boss has no people skill - dissent is not an option. Little or no change for advancement. Outsourcing jobs at a high rate of speed. Raises are substandard.

      A very close-knit group of people working towards a common goal. Produces good products that are easy to stand behind.

      Was private, but now is part of a large corporation.
