Pros
Staying at company without a reason. Seems happy to see employee to suffer from long commute even when work from home is a possible solution, no mercy. Horseplay politics exist in small start up. Colleagues can have energy to focus on private matters more than business.
Cons
Blue company with blue forces. Firing people without notice period nor annual leaves Attempted to use confidential meeting content with the government as court evidence.
