      Pros

      the customer facing teams are filled with great people who are really good at what they do my manager was amazing and from what ive seen runs the majority of the customer facing team and should be recognised for how much weight they are carrying for the company weekends off were good

      Cons

      the poor pay alot of the times issues just get passed around with a not my job not my problem attitude even when it is their issue really awful laddy culture that persists like a stink through the place

      Pros

      Some of the people you work with are great, pay is ok.

      Cons

      Machines break down all the time, there is no engineer on majority of shifts and you get in trouble for trying to fix things yourself so have to stand about and do nothing or pack boxes all day. Supervisors are good guys but their manager is a bully who treats peopel like dirt. Has favourites and tries to get people to grass on each other, doesn't even make eye contact or say hello when he walks around.
