Excellent Company - Safety Director TrafFix Devices Employee Review

Recent changes to Senior and Middle Management have had an outstanding effect on company morale and the policy changes these new managers are enacting are a step in the right direction. The whole company is shaking off the cobwebs and revamping internal processes to be more efficient, and on-going equipment upgrades gives TrafFix a bright future.

Overall compensation is starting to be more competitive but still lags behind most other office jobs. Very little opportunity for remote work. TrafFix is not the most perfect employer, but they recognize some of their past flaws and are actively trying to make good changes. On-site parking is limited, but is being worked on.

None whatsoever so don’t bother applying. There’s a reason why they use a temp agency to get new hires.

Toxic work environment that only lets the favorite people move up while dumping all the extra work on the new hires.
