Co-workers, Free food all the time, Management is nice

Commission is taxed a lot, Hard to move up

I made some good friendships (all who have quit)

-Lack of respect for employees under Management -Lack of management skills all together -Petty work environment -They don't give raises, just "promotional raises" that are ultimately "cost of living raises" that's basically potato money -No career growth or work-life balance (even though it's encouraged)
