Unlike your typical outsourcing companies, Trainologic actually cares about its employees. A lot. They keep striving to give each employee any opportunity that may advance their career, and as an employee - you feel like you matter. They offer training and courses all year long in any technical field you desire, which allows professional growth in any direction, not necessarily what's relevant to your current job description. Had a great time working for them and would definitely recommend them to friends.
Cons
Working as a contractor in a different company has its flaws.
