Does not offer work-life balance. Limited vacation time. Hands off management. Lack of training available. Feels as if you are being watched. Policies are not consistent throughout all departments. Some people are allowed to work from home. Others are not. Some are allowed schedule flexibility when it comes to doctors appts, kids activities while others are not.
