Pros

Flexible schedule if you can afford it, you can typically take days off unscheduled, or cut your shifts early. Friendly enough atmosphere with dispatch/office workers Easy loads, if no delays

Cons

Driver Facing Cameras Deteriorating Equipment Mosiac is the Primary Customer (strict speed limits etc) Pay per ton, anywhere from 28-45$ per load with 1.5-2hrs per load on the normal phosphate, with the other types of bulk freight requiring TWIC and tenure to haul, typically.
