      Pros

      The majority of crew-members are enjoyable to work with. Flight benefits (same at any 121 carrier).

      Cons

      Terrible quality of life (low-pay, inflexible schedules, spend 350 hrs away from home and 160 hrs of duty per month for 85-90 hrs of pay) Management is intimidating and dishonest, as is scheduling.
