Pros
TransCore has a really good management structure and I love the work I do, and the people I work with on a daily basis. Overall, I am very happy in my job here. Starting pay was very good.
Cons
The job is very demanding and I have put in a lot of OT over the years. Luckily I have great bosses and have strived to regain a healthy work-life balance. Sadly, the pay has not kept up with inflation. This is the first company I have worked for that does not really do bonuses. Since ST Engineering bought the company from Roper, the health insurance plans have went downhill fast.
