Pros
It is a small bank so there will be a sense that you are working as a team. Everyone seems to get along and there is some nice company events.
Cons
The bank is small so there is no guarantee that your job is secured. Company just did mass layoffs. Higher ups sometimes are not approachable and act as if you do not exist. You will be paid for one job and work 3 different roles.
