Pros
Easy work, lots of potential downtime on some routes. Management is friendly, relaxed. Buses are mostly well kept. Passengers are friendly, low maintenance. Good inexpensive health insurance + benefits. Overall a good place to work.
Cons
Split shift can badly affect work life balance. You’re up early and the entire day is taken up. Pay should be better. Can be boring. Schedule can sometimes be inconsistent, not always.
