Horrible Place to work - Management TransWorld Network Employee Review

I worked in management. We had no incentive programs for our employees, except a mediocre paycheck. Our client offerings were horrible, unreliable and over priced. We did not empower our representatives to assist dissatisfied customers at all. We always fired our best reps because they wanted to make changes to our culture to make it a better place to work, Upper Management forms clicks and has favories. C Level is disconnected and has no idea what it is like on the north side of the building. There is clearly an elitist air to them, and they act like they feel dirty talking to the "entry level folk"
