They value truth, honesty, hard work & accountability. * New ideas are always welcome. * Work/life balance. * Flexible time management. * Transparent company goals and actions. * Team-oriented, but values individual contributions to the company's accomplishments. * All teams/departments are created equal.

* It could be a con that it is a startup, as that seems to be risky for some people. However, I do believe this startup will be going places.
