      - No ego culture set by leadership—means no politics, everyone empowered to step in and drive impact. - Fully remote - allows ability to work from anywhere. - Tons of interesting work to tackle - never feels like you're sitting around waiting for assignments

      Like any early state startup, there's a lot to juggle. That said, work life balance is good—and management is supportive of helping reprioritize.

      - incompetent leadership - inexperienced leadership - Full of cliques between departments (lots of hearsay) - non-inclusive teams full of "previous" coworkers who will leave you out of conversations - onboarding consists of unorganized zoom meetings. zero actual training. - Job duties not specified, will ask you not to just go the extra mile, but to risk your home life and mental health (60+ hour weeks is considered normal)
