Cons

They tend to change your contract agreement when it comes to scheduling and days off. And if you have computer issues due to their system, not through any fault of your own, they do not pay you for the time off. If you are working with the IT department and are out for a week, they consider that as down-time on your part and you are left without pay.

had to work on weekends so i wish they can give us weekends off.

There were no pros for working for this company.

Cons

There is no HR number to call and everything is based on a ticket. Training is very fast paced and attendance is docked for every minute you are late including when there are issues with their system and managers will send you a write up without coaching that you either accept or dispute. Its an awful company to work for all in all. Run dont walk away.
