The ability to work from home

Cons

Almost no flexibility at all concerning the work schedule. Scheduel change from night to day shift happen too often with no regard to health. Really under payed and over worked.

Nothings good about this company

Cons

Micromanagement, the managers get to take as much time off while you are here working hard and getting verbally berated by customers, no time off and when you do take time off it gets counted against you. The onsite facility is gross and trashy
